Spring 1 - Children's Mental Health Week

We all took part in Children's Mental Health Week  #Beingourselves !
 
Some of the activities we completed included:
 
  1. An emotions roller coaster, where we talked about what made us individual and our similarities and differences. We then explored how emotions made us feel, and finally how we can control our emotions. We practised yoga and breathing exercises we even rode the emotions rollercoaster and talked about how we could feel if we don't talk about our emotions and worries.
