It was great sharing our learning in our Forest School session with our mums, dads, grandmas, grandads and younger brothers and sisters.
We had great fun trying to decide which activity to do first. We looked at the Share Our Learning Booklet to see what was on offer!
We went pond-dipping in the school pond.
We lay down on our tummies near the water edge so we kept ourselves safe.
We found lots of exciting things.
We found tadpoles, spiders, snails, a frog, a newt and lots more!
We enjoyed sharing stories together in the teepee.
We went into the fire-pit. We followed the fire-pit rules so we kept ourselves and our friends safe.
We cooked at the fire-pit.
We made s'mores.....mmmmm!
They were very yummy and gooey!
We made homes for different woodland animals.
Can you see who is hiding here?
This little animal is really pleased with it's cosy home.
This owl loves his tree home.
We thought carefully about what we could use to make our homes.
Gill was waiting for someone to try out the Blindfold trail....but where was everyone?
There was some great teamwork.
We guided each other along the trail and past all the obstacles.
We made journey sticks as we went on a journey around the school grounds to visit different places.
We found different number cards and animal pictures on our journey.
A big "Thank you" to everyone who joined us for our "Share our Learning" session. We had lots of fun....we hope you all did too!
